Yum Yum’s Chinese Restaurant
Posted by: Wen Ching In: Chinese Food
It’s been quite some time since we last visit Genting Highlands, used to be here more often when I was a child. Anyway, after a thrilling experience at the haunted house and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not’s museum, we were craving for something hot to warm and calm ourselves down.
They offered different choices of bak kut teh such as claypot, ginseng or abalone bak kut teh. We decided to go for the ordinary claypot bak kut teh (瓦煲肉骨茶). Anyway, bak kut teh is literally translated as pork rib tea. This serving for 2 costs RM32.80 and the rice costs RM2 each. The ingredients served were quite little and the soup tasted rather average, lacking the taste of herbs and spices. But yet, since it was cold in the evening, it really warmed our body, this bak kut teh somehow tasted fantastic to us at that time.
Service was quite average. Visit this restaurant unless you’re seriously craving for bak kut teh and something hot.
