Fusion Haven Café & Restaurant (无国界天地)
Posted by: Wen Ching In: Fusion Food
Another almost one year back dated post, we were at Sri Petaling wondering what to eat and suddenly thought of this restaurant which I first went there with my best friend. The name of the restaurant quite straight forwardly told us that they are serving fusion food.

It can be quite hard to find a car park at the area but since we were lucky to get a car park easily, we decided to visit this restaurant.

The interior was simple and nice, it was rather quiet on that day we went there.

The drink on the left is lassi (酸奶昔), which I later found was a type of drink blended with yogurt, water, salt, pepper and ice. We thought of ordering it since we haven’t tried that before. Priced at RM3.50, it tasted a little weird to us, perhaps not our cup of tea.

For our main dish, we had a kimchi unagi omelette (韩式烧鳗鱼窝蛋饭) at RM14.90. The presentation of the dish was nice, as praised by many other food bloggers. It tasted very good too, a little spiciness of the kimchi made the unagi more appetizing and delicious. But the portion was rather small.

We also had a grilled spicy chicken chop (恶魔风烧鸡佐撒沙酱) at RM11.90. The English name of this dish is common, but not for the Chinese name which I’ve read over and over but couldn’t understand a word. Perhaps someone could explain it to us? Again, it was well-presented, tasted quite good but not too spicy. Unfortunately, the serving was small and not too filling.
However, we’ve read many positive comments about this restaurant from other food blogs. They offer a wide variety of food, probably unheard by many. It might be interesting to check them out. We might go back for more, perhaps some time when we are back in KL.
