We’ve long heard of this restaurant but haven’t had the chance to visit this place. So when we finally went shopping in Mid Valley, we decided to look for North Point. (We’re a bit outdated for not knowing where North Point is!) North Point is located across Mid Valley Megamall where we have to cross an overhead bridge to get there. Anyway, this place is not difficult to look for but faced another problem when arriving at the doorstep.
Well, as you can see, the main door was tightly close and we thought that the restaurant was close on that day since it was near Hari Raya when we went there. Just when we were about to leave, a waitress came out and told us that it’s open. Only then she told us that we have to push the button to open the doors!

Caterpillar roll, looks like a caterpillar? Costs RM18. The combination of unagi, crab, cucumber and avocado were quite delicious. We enjoyed it!
We ordered a tori teriyaki (鳥てりやき) set for RM25. This includes pickles, salad, chawan mushi, miso soup and fruits. Their servings were quite large and the chicken tasted quite good too!
Here’s our tori kimuchi don (鳥キムチ丼) for RM16. It was served with Miso soup as well. For this dish, the rice was topped with chicken, kimchi and egg. My advice is, for garlic lovers, you’ll definitely love this. But if you’re not, better not because of its heavy garlic taste.
Overall, we think it was a pleasant dinner. But at first we were frightened by the waiters because they were covered in black like a ninja and greeting loudly all of a sudden. After a while, we got used to it. By the way, when going to their washroom, make sure that you double check before entering because the place was dark and I almost enter the wrong one! A revisit would be worthy, they served a large variety of Japanese food. But bear in mind that it would be a little pricey!
