We guess some might be familiar with this café which can be found in SS2. When we knew that an outlet is newly opened in Kuchai Lama, we went on to this place for supper.
There were quite a lot of people dining in this restaurant when we were there at about 11pm.
Shouldn’t have order this much at this time, but well, things just happened. Here we go, a chicken Pattaya fried rice (芭提雅炒饭) at RM9.90. Quite interesting that they serve it in a pineapple instead of the usual manner to wrap it with a fried egg, the fried chicken was served separately from the fried rice. The fried rice tasted quite good overall. For our drinks, we ordered watermelon juice at the price of RM4.80.
Next up, we had a hot and spicy ramen (地狱拉面) for RM7. A generous portion of ingredients were served including an egg, sausage, vegetables and noodles. The soup was quite spicy but it had a peculiar taste that I somehow couldn’t accept, couldn’t tell what it is though. Also, shouldn’t they be serving ramen instead of instant noodles? Anyway, for our drinks, we ordered this smoothies called sunrise (太阳晨光) where mango, orange and strawberry were blended with yogurt. Priced at RM7.80, it didn’t taste as good as it seemed, the taste of the fruits and yogurt can hardly be tasted.
Their service was slightly lower than average but perhaps it can improve by as time goes by. Games such as chess and playing cards are available at the restaurant. Overall this is a rather pleasant place for a casual gathering.
